What is a third generation instructor?

Joseph Pilates originally had two apprentices, one named Eve Gentry. Eve would become master instructor and hold some apprentices herself, one being Nicole Perkovich. Nicole was my instructor.

Hello and welcome to Pilates with Peggy.

Classes are all held in a small and comfortable studio on some of the best Pilates equipment possible. Intricate Reformer, Cadillac and Mat class tables to help you explore each and every motion.

Pilates has a lot of history, each method proven with time. The knowledge and practice of Joseph Pilates himself passed down very closely to me. An understanding of the human body means nothing but the best.

Taught by a third generation Pilates instructor means every motion has your anatomy behind it. We’ve studied every muscle and joint there is, to help you move the way nature intended.
